With and Without Decking
Assemblies are available with and without decking. In either case, Rivet Rack shelving offers a complete line. Rivet Rack eliminates the need for bolting, offers instant assembly, and is a fantastically economical choice when compared to similar-capacity systems. Single-rivet shelf-support components offer maximum space between shelves.

Our long span racks are available as stock racks in 6” increments from 18” to 48” deep. We offer lengths from 48” to 96” and standard 7-foot height. The HD (or heavy-duty) version includes shelf deck supports. All are available in standard assemblies with and without decking.

Additional shelves include side-to-side and front-to-back components in light-duty, while the heavy-duty assembly adds an additional shelf deck support.

Rivet Rack is a system of instantly assembled shelving using a basic snap-together framing system which offers the user a quickly changeable modular design for the lowest possible cost. Simple Design – There are four basic components in the Rivet Rack system: uprights, side-to-side supports, front-to-back supports, and the decking material. All basic components lock together in moments, are interchangeable, and are low-cost.

Strong and Safe – The positive connection, heavy-gauge components, and support members interact to create a well-built, strong, safe structure.

Low Cost – In most cases, Rivet Rack is priced substantially lower than the same configuration in standard bolted shelving, with no sacrifice of quality, capacity or safety.

Unlimited Configurations – Rivet Rack vertical members adjust on 1 ½” centers, and horizontal components adjust on 6” increments. These combinations of components offer almost unlimited choices in design constraints.
